Removal of following existing unserviceable components of various parts of Charpoy GI Pipe ply top furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, screwing, weldging, glueing, providing hinges,denting, placing everypart in-tact, as applicable. B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE Roorkee including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed.

Charpoy GI pipe ply top FD-220

Replacement of 12mm thick plywood of Charpoy GI Pipe, tightening of loose components of complete charpoy and S&F new plywood top 12 mm thick BWR grade ISI marked of required size fixed with mild steel galvanised iron nuts and bolts of required size and suitable length, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacemet of long rail of 32 mm dia Medium grade GI pipes ISI Marked all as specified and shown on drg complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable short rail from charpoy GI pipe 32mm bore but "except pipe" including cutting threading etc as required and directed. Note : Pipe shall be used from unserviceable long rail obtained from item No 4.05 here in before.

Replacement of unservicable legs from charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia but "except pipe" including cutting threading etc as required and directed with bottom plug made of Sal wood and flat iron clamp 02 Nos for MNF set duly painted with two coats of black paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pipe obtained from ser item No 4.03 & 4.04 above shall be used for this items.

Replacement of GI 3 way elbow 32 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of 32mm check nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of stiffeners 900 mm long made out of MS flat iron, 40x5 mm duly painted with two coat of black colour synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer to be fixed over the long rails by drilling holes in flat iron and long rail by two nos of semi circular top of 6mm dia 65mm long nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Welding work wherever required upto length 0.10mtr as directed by EIC.
