Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or replastering including cost of neat coat of cement disposal of rubbish to the dumping groung within 50 m lead.

Scraping (a) white wash and colour wash

20mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in two coat work

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade with two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing Cement Paint applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm

White washing (two or more coat)

Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two or more coats over one priming coat to give an even shade

Flush pointing with cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 fine sand) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement for flat tile bricks or top of mud plaster (a) with brick tiles

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC Plug/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item) (i) Float glass panes of 5 mm thickness

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS : 6315 marked, for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece MS sheet outer box with slide plate and with stainless steel cover plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Melamine polish two or more coats to give required finish including one coat of wood filler

Earth work containing Gravel (in loose from in non cohesive binding material) work in excavation with occasional use of picks exclusive of compensation of earth undressed with combined lead upto 15 metres with percentage of gravel or Kankar. (b) Exceeding 60 % but upto 80 %.

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.
