M & L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specfied and as directed.

Material and Labour for Steel tubular Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade Fe-290 (GdeSt.-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter from the frame of any discription n exe 2 sqm each and refixing in same opening in same openinig and necessary repair complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staplesor MS beds size 2 mm to 3 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken galss (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/metal frames or stone concrete or brick surfaces, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete including M&L for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with beads in square n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed. all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete in any position and rubbish off the demolished meaterial to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base 20mm thik screed bed in bedding layer in cm 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the the slab including grinding, rubbing and polishing , dismantling of existing kota stone floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in risere of step, skirting, dado and piller over cement screed base 10 mm thik 1:4 cm laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shadeof the the slab including grinding ,rubbing and polishing complete including dismantling of existing kota stone skirting with cm backing plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick designer non asbestos cement building board of size 60 cm x60cm fixed of laid inserted to GI frame work using main tee of size 24x38x0.5 mm and cross tee of size 24x28x0.5 mm made out of PGI sheet 0.30 mm thick doubled at web and single flange ,flange cover with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick for ceiling suspended with GI wire 4 mm dia upto 2 mtr long complete all as speified and directed. Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures shall be care fully refixed after completion of false ceiling work. the rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same)

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for brick work built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB / MCB distribution board, Vertical TPN, 4 way, 415 V, 3 phase, AC with MCCB as incomer and MCBs as outgoing in sheet steel powder painted enclosure double door type with minimum IP 43 degree of protection with built in copper bus bar of suitable size, neutral link and earth link complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of DB and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface including taking down existing unserviceable MCB DB of any description complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix LED 25 watt Building security light fitting mounting type made out of one piece in pressure die-cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC Cover separate compartment for driver,including bracket clamp and fixing accessories complete with electronic driver and all accessories. The fitting shall IP 66 protection, duly prewired complete all as specified and directed.
