Proof for the same shall be submitted for compliance of Eligibility criteria; failing which the offer is liable to be rejected. The responsibility to upload proof of supply rests solely and entirely with the tenderer. However, purchaser reserves the right to utilize the record of supplies made to ICF, if readily available.
