PROVISION OF VARIOUS B AND R WORK SERVICES AT ACY ARMOURY PROVISION OF APROACH PATH BETWEEN RUNWAY CONTROLLER HUT 10R TO DVOR AND PROVISION OF CHAIN LINK FENCING OF FCM NEAR M BLOCK AT AFA HYDERABAD

M & L for precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick with plain or interlocking joints with PCC type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate setting in mortar 1:4 in walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface walls finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces plastered or unplastered walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a priming coat all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil.

Removing excavated soil exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm of broken stone boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) 75mm thick as in floor sub base etc as specified directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Hard/Dense Soil complete all as specified and directed.
