Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ disintegrated rock, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel section for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates quoted allow for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck length 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel round bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for shafts, well cesspits, manholes etc / for laying of cable etc n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles, raft etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (design mix) M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork for rough finish to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork for rough finish to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns square,rectangular or polygonal and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for10 mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick or contrete surfaces, in CM (1:3), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed, barred iron door, ladders, fencing work ect. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No claim whatso ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n'exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
