The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work).

Taking down existing GI tubing 15mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixtures from any position and refixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing GI tubing 20mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixtures from any position and refixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing GI tubing 25mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixtures from any position and refixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors with all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing 15mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixtures fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking down old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauge, etc. complete all as directed.

M & L for 2nd class hardwood 35mm thick, plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels), with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically presure treated fitted to chowkats complete all as directed.

S & F solid PVC Door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as specified complete all as directed.

S & F mild steel work as in Bands, straps, hold fasts, stiffners for fencing posts, struts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing aluminium door shutters carefully removing the old beading and fixing new rubber beading of suitable size with adhesive, overhauling of floor springs including greasing and oiling as required for each shutter not exc 4.0 Sqm each including refixing the same in original position complete all as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in any position of any description complete all as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slope in panels including joints filled with mastic filling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22 to 25mm thick with mixture of white & grey cement, set jointed and pointed with grey cement and no pigments in neat cement slurry as in floors and pointed with white cement laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed. [The design, colour and pattern shall be as approved by the GE]

M & L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete as in sunken floors including demolition of old concrete complete all as specified. [Notes: Quoted rate is inclusive for (i) Demolition of WC, traps, sanitary connections and removing all debris outside defence land. (ii) Sealing the gaps / joints between WC and flooring, joints of nahani trap & connecting pipes with sealent as recommended by the manufacturer

Removal of existing sunken floor treatment including taking out of cement plaster and preparation of surfaces with wire brushes, cleaning with water and applying epoxy treatment with one coat of NITO proof chemical to bottom and sides as per manufacturers instructions and providing 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement to cover entire portion of epoxy coating including testing the sunken floor for 48 hours duly filled with water complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: The work shall be executed by authorised agency of the chemical]

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers of steps, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 250 litres to 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as directed. [Note: Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for writing details of "Tank cleaned on ______ (date)" as directed by Engineer-in-Charge].
