Construction of Link road from Main road Khnour to Ridi to Khanour Balh

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds classification of soil in foundation of structures upto all depth/ height as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead and lifts dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material and disposal of all surplus excavated earth in specified site with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : Four sand : Eight graded stone aggregate) 40mm (forty milimeter) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One cement: Five sand: Ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimeters) Nominal size as per PWD specification in all heights and curing complete including cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast walls with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry /stone masonry/plain reinforced concrete abutment,wing wall and return wall with 100mm ( One Hundred millimetres ) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of structure with slope of 1:20 ( One vertical twenty horizontal ) towords drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614.709,1204.3.7 including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etcetra complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm ( One hundred millimetres) spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) upto all floor levels in all heights/ depth including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of un-reinforced, and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43(Forty three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M25 (Grade) minimum cement not less then 400 kg/ cum (Four hundred kilogramme per cubic metre) (mix design with plasticizer) , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, ( Twenty five millimstre) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum ( Zero point two) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, , wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,( Fourteen days) using curing compound ( where specified ) and wa ter finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
