S&F in replacement disc type insulator porcelain vitreous white / brown / green 11000 V, grade 145 mm height & 255 mm dia ball and socket type two in series assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 11000 volts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down old, deteriorated, switch air break and supply and fixing switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated horizontal/vertical type mounted on insulator & steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps horizontal type suitable for 11000 V. grade etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down old, deteriorated, expulsion fuse assy and supply and fixing expulsion fuse single pole (drop out fuse) mounted on insulator & steel frame 100 Amps for 11000 V grade etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing and greasing of mechanical parts of existing 11KV horizontal/vertical type GOD including replacement of parts i.e Male/female contact, jumper ,operating mechanism, GOD rod etc specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L of checking of HT 11 cable of any size by means of HT Cable Fault Locator Machine by requisition locality fault in HT cable faults including earth work for cable joint. Note :-Earth work shall be measured and paid in respective items of BOQ etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cable joint kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for indoor termination Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repair cable joint kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for outdoor termination Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repair Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in trench/wall / pole XLPE insulated PVC sheated armoured heavy duty HT electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 volt (E) grade of sizes 95 Sqmm 3 Core etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, errection of poles, struts/stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cusioning for cable with screened & washed sand & punning to provide a required coveretc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stone slab/patti 40 to 50 mm thick, rough dressed Jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 35 mm wide and 80cm long,laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacant slab not exceeding 10mm over sand cushioning etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface cleaning/site clearance n exc 15 cm in depth in Sub stations area, trenches,sub station rooms, two pole/ four pole structure surroundings to make a over all presentable condition all as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L in repair of Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode, 60x60cmx 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip strip of 20x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of steel / brass all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including earth pit / PCC chamber with cast iron cover with handle all as specified or indicated including testing on completion as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of the following : (a) All excavation and earthwork required for the earthing shall be in any type of soil. (b) PCC Pit 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. (c) GI wire and funnel, charcoal and salt. (d) Cover for pit shall RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. (e) 8mm dia TMT bars 04 Nos both ways. (f) GI Pipe medium grade 40mm bore and earth strip upto 7.5mtr, the length exceeding 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to Earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, cast iron chamber cover with handle including 15 mm dia protection pipe & 20 mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of the following : (a) All excavation and earthwork required for the earthing shall be in any type of soil. (b) PCC Pit 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. (c) GI wire and funnel, charcoal and salt. (d) Cover for pit shall RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. S&F in repairs heat shirnk right angled boots for XLPE 11 KV 95 Sqmm cable including dismantling of HT cable from HT side of Transformer / HT Breakers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/Shifting carefully transformer/RMU any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth by dismantaling, dis-connecting HT & LT sides, earthings of transformer/RMU , supporting angles/cross arms, Shifting / transporting transformer/RMU carefully from the site to the other Location/workshop and refixing at site with all electrical connection and PCC foundation plinth to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Dismantaling top cover of transformer of capacity upto 630 KVA , any make for repair / replacement of HT / LT bushing of transformer , or for replacement of top cover gasket or for inspection of transformer or for internal repairs of transformer all including draining carefully transformer oil as required / upto the required level and refilling the same , re fitting the top cover of transformer after completion of the work including testing complete etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of defective silica gel breather assembly with silica gel complete set upto 630KVA etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of HT bushing of brass of transformer of any capacity upto 630 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply & filling in replacment of transformer oil in site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength between 55-65 KV provided at site before initial filtration. The transformer oil shall be filling after initial filtration of any capacity with site test of dielectric strength. The transformer oil provided at site with seal and date of manufacture in 200 litres barrel. Test certificate of the same must be produced to Engr-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Make : Gujrat Ptrochem/ Savita / Shakti / IPO Petro Ltd / Power Link.

M & L for dehydration /filtration of transformer oil in existing pole mounted/floor mounted transformer/Voltage stabilizer with the help of dehydration/filtration machine to achieve the dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 50 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Note:-(i) Dehydration/filtration machine will be arrange by the contractor and he will make his own arrangement and to carry the machine at various sub stations including vehicle and towing arrangement. The rate shall be inclusive at above. (ii) Contractor will submit before & after testing report of transformer oil.

M&L for Repair,Maitainance & Servicing of 11KV HT VCB indoor/outdoor type complete including the following (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB & Relays set of VCB panel of 400/630/800 Amp rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Removing all mechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, remote operation, indication system, upward-downward/in-out movement of HT VCB trolley,etc including opening the VCB trolly & checking the quality of insulating material,vaccum system complete. Replace defective parts, fixed/ moving contacts and blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing with AP-3 grease and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel and make the VCB functional to the entire satisfaction of and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) The VCBs are installed at Tech area & Domestic , & VCBs are of different type of makes installed at site like Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider,Siemens,C&S, etc. (ii) Spare parts if replaced & if Gas if filled shall be measured and paid separately under supply only.

M&L for Repair and maintanance of 11 KV HT RMU indoor/outdoor type, EACH WAY of RMU 400/630/800 Amp rating from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Removal of all the possible mechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, indication system, including checking control wiring AC/DC, replacing the defective wiring the quality of insulating material, complete & refixing with faulty part replaced blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the including motorised operation and connection to HT panel & before filling of gas leakage testing carried out (if quantity is lesser than required) and make the RMU functional to the entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) The RMUs are installed at Tech area,Dometic area and RMU are of different type of makes installed at site like Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider,Siemens,C&S, etc. (ii) Spare parts if replaced & if Gas if filled shall be measured and paid separately under supply only. (iii) The lugs/connectors, fuses of CT, PT control wiring, nut bolts shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) The setting/calibration of relay should be in accordance with electric load on feeder and CT ratio. The rate of calibration of relay deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply ,Fixing in replacement & testing of spring charging mechanism assembly with motor, gear box self triping coil etc complete for outdoor/indoor type, 11KV,RMU,operated on 110/24 volts DC,with charging time less than 15 sec for areva RMU of approved rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair multifunction meter with digital display suitabale for measuring 11 KV electrical parameters( Voltage, Amp, power factor, frequcncy. Kwh, harmonics upto 31 level) type fixed in existing panel board etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only SF6 gas suitable for HT33/11 KV RMU/VCB complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only trip coil mechanism suitable for HT, VCB/RMU, operating on 24/110 volt system and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only closing coil operated on 110 / 24 volt system suitable for working of relay of HT VCB/RMU complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only closing shaft assembly operated on 110 / 24 volt system suitable for working of relay of HT VCB/RMU complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Motor cut off limit switch sutable for HT 11 KV VCB/RMU complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Power Pack for 11 KV VCB/RMU suitable for incoming supply 220/110 volts AC supply and output 110/24 volts DC supply all as per existing with wiring complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - The contractor has to visit the site to check the existing system of 11 KV VCB for installation of power pack unit.

S&F in repair of float cum boost battery bank provide 24 Volt DC supply to HT Switchgea etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F battery sealed type 12 V 17 AH for RMU etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Battary 3.7 volt for self powered relay etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and calibration of relay in replacement, Microprocessor based 110V/24V three phase relay system to overcurrecnt , one earth fault protection type for 11 KV breaker, setting range suitable for over current and earth fault with necessary wiring/fitting including dismantling of old or unserviceable relays.The setting of the relay should be in accordance with the incomer and setting should be maintained such that fault does not carry beyond the affected feeder in case of Overload,3 phase fault, earth fault etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate to be quoted for any make of relays available on the site of CPH ,Tech area , 33 SU Site 1A & 1B
