Letting out space for setting up temporary Mela Shops (rain proof, water proof and fire proof) at Chowgan No-1 and construction of temporary Mela Shops (rain proof, water proof and fire proof) for eateries and for sale of other material in Chowgan 2

CHOWGAN NO-1 Structure 1:- Construction of Rain proof, water proof & Fire proof Dome behind Kala Kendra in Chowgan No. 1 in L-shape with limbs measuring 145x50 feet and 70x40 feet for erecting temporary shops including partition for shop as per site plan/sketch map shown at Annexure –A. Structure 2:- Construction of Rain proof, Water proof & Fire Proof Shopping Complex with CGI Sheet/ Aluminium Hanger near Post Office end of Chowgan No. 1 measuring 306 x 140 sq. feet suitable for Mela Shopping with minimum shop size of 10x9 sq. feet with suitable fire proof sheets as per site plan /sketch map at Annexure-A. Structure 3:- Construction of temporary shops (Rain proof, Water proof & Fire Proof) with CGI Sheet/ Aluminium Hanger in Chowgan No. 1 in three parts, measuring 83x15 sq. feet, 60x15 sq. feet and 100x15 feet in size (Aluminium/CGI adjoining railing towards post office end side as per site plan/sketch map at Annexure-A. Structure 4:- Construction of temporary shops (Rain proof, Water proof & Fire Proof) with CGI Sheet/ Aluminium Hanger in Chowgan No. 1, measuring 55x40 sq. feet, in size (Aluminium/CGI backside shops of Fish market as per site plan/sketch map at Annexure-A. Structure 5:- Construction of temporary booths (Rain proof, Water proof & Fire Proof) with CGI Sheet/ Aluminium Hanger for establishing Control Rooms, Medical Facility, Police & Fire Services (on complimentary basis) in Chowgan No. 1, measuring 90x15 sq. feet, in size as per site plan/sketch map at Annexure-A. Structure 6:- In addition, the successful bidder shall be required to construct a rain/fire proof Pandal with CGI sheet/Aluminium Hanger in front of Kala Kendra in Chowgan No.-1 with separate seating arrangements for VIPs, general public, media personnel measuring approx 130x136 sq. feet as shown in Annexure-A and including all arrangements like electricity and lighting arrangements, mattresses, cushions, white sheets, matting, chairs and tables as required, and all other arrangements required to be made to the satisfaction of Convener-Teh Bazari & Technical Sub-Committees constituted for the same. The successful bidder shall be required to construct a separate stage (Free of Cost), if required, using Aluminum Hanger for which space will be allocated separately by the Teh Bazari Committee. The successful bidder shall be required to erect total 6 structures in Chowgan No. 1 out of which he shall be allowed to let out shops erected in Structure No. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. CHOWGAN NO. 2 Structure 1:- Construction of shopping complex (rain proof, water proof and fire proof) with CGI Sheet/Aluminium Hanger for setting up of temporary Mela Shops in Chowgan No. 2 measuring area 136x100 feet as per site plan/sketch map at Annexure-B. Structure 2:- Construction of temporary Shops (rain proof, water proof and fire proof) CGI Sheet/Aluminium Hanger for sale of eateries and other material in Chowgan No. 2 measuring area 134x10 feet as per site plan/sketch map at Annexure-B. Structure 3:- Construction of temporary Shops (rain proof, water proof and fire proof) CGI Sheet/Aluminium Hanger for sale of eateries and other material in Chowgan No. 2 measuring area 87x15 feet as per site plan/sketch map at Annexure-B. Structure 4:- Construction of temporary Shops (rain proof, water proof and fire proof) CGI Sheet/Aluminium Hanger for sale of eateries and other material in Chowgan No. 2 measuring area 68x11 feet as per site plan/sketch map at Annexure-B. Structure 5:- Construction of temporary Shops (rain proof, water proof and fire proof) CGI Sheet/Aluminium Hanger for sale of eateries and other material in Chowgan No. 2 measuring area 82x11 feet as per site plan/sketch map at Annexure-B. Note:- The successful bidder shall be required to erect five structures i.e. Structure No. 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 where he shall be allowed to let out shops. IN ADDITION, FOLLOWING STRUCTURES/ITEMS WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED FREE OF COST BY THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER TO THE CONVENER, TEH-BAZARI COMMITTEE, MINJAR MELA, CHAMBA:- A. Pagoda style tents one each for Teh Bazari Committee, Police Control Room and Sports Committee. B. 32 No. of exhibition stalls for first 8 days w.e.f. 26.07.2026 to 02.08.2026 in addition to 15 No. of Pagoda size 10’x10’ and 15 No. of Pagoda size 16’x16’ . C. 30 Sofas, 200 Cushioned Chairs & 1500 plastic chairs of good quality.
