REPAIRS TO DRAIN, GRASS CUTTING, REPLACEMENT OF MOORUM FILLING ON SHOULDERS IN TECH AT AF STATION PHALODI

Cleaning of silt or dirt or vegetation manually from open drains accumulated through rain water and storm air and removing the mud/garbage/debris to a distance exceeding 3.0 Km but not exceeding 3.5 Km from out side the periphery of the area under clearance and depositing the same in low laying area and including removing of existing materials complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of silt or dirt or vegetation manually from covered drains accumulated through rain water and storm air and removing the mud/garbage/debris to a distance exceeding 3.0 Km but not exceeding 3.5 Km from out side the periphery of the area under clearance and depositing the same in low laying area and including removing of existing precast cement concrete cover slabs of drain (by manually/mechanically as per site requirement) and re-fixing of precast cover of drain at same location complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/cleaning grass near shoulders of Runway, taxitrack, ORA, Approch light ,DTGM, Signboards and other area with surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and including cleaning away all grass and removing materials obtained from cutting/cleaning to a distance exceeding 3.0 Km but not exceeding 3.5 Km from out side the periphery of the area under clearance and depositing the same in low laying area, site clearance complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Grass cutting by bush cutter/manually as directed upto 3.0 m from the edge of Runway, PTT, LTT and dispersals. (ii) The height of grass after cutting shall not remains more than 3cm. (iii) Site availability shall be as per User's /site requirement.

M&L for 100 mm thick (average) moorum/red bajri, spread, rolled (8-10 Ton road roller) ,watered and consolidated to gradient and camber required as in shoulders etc. including surface dressing not exc 15 cm in depth and removal of spoil to a distance exc 250 m but n.exc.500 m where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate demolation) and removal all rubbish material to a distance exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5.0 Km from out side the periphery of the area under clearance and depositing the same in low laying area, site clearance complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slab for manholes, chullah hood, chajjas, water troughs, shelves cover to drains and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamferred, weatherings, throating etc and set in cement mortar (1:4) & including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone or brick work masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone walling of random rubble , uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 40mm for Sand stone and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 50 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of block / concrete/ stone surfaces including finishing plaster surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for Stone boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly as in sloping face complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No.14 above but except stone boulders

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description not other specifically provided for etc and removal of rocks/debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings complete all as specified and directed.
