Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved color and quality one or more coats on steel with one coat of primer after scraping and leveling to smooth even finish and sand preparing with medium and fine including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding, watering, curing etc. complete for all floors as per the direction of engineer in charge. Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C. kitchen and the like consisting of : i) I course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 Kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. ii) II course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. iii) III course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg per sqm of area. iv) IV course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. Providing and applying membrane treatement for water proofing over the exposed areas / toilet area / terrace area / all wetted areas with APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/ sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 250C, 0.87-0.89 kg /litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 230C as 350/ 300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 1500C. Cold fexibility shall be upto -20C when tested in accordance with ASTM. D - 5147. Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and sized of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of whicj 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which75 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on th inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Gyp board Monolithic Ceiling:- Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling for all floors/ all heights which includes providing and fixing G.I. perimeter channels of size 27mm, 0.50 mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm along the perimeter of the ceiling, with monolithic finish using 12.5mm thick Gypboard, screw fixed to the brickwall/partition with the help of plugs and screws.
