Excavation in post hole for similar holes each n exc 0.50Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers nexc 25 cm watering and removed surplus soil to a distance nexc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning ,filling in ,including ,spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc, 15 cm .

Removing excavated material n. Exc 50 M depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 20mm graded crushed stone agg as in coping, benching, holdfast, fixing of fencing post above wall etc, finished even and smooth using extra cement incl use of necessary form work complete

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid) type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan & exc 6 m mean radius complete .

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh / welded steel wire fabric etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings steel confirming to Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

S&F screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one head and rounded the other or screwed both end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm nexc 10cm long dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete.

Supply only mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia as in line wire cut lengths, Hooking ends etc conforming to Fe- 410 - W (Gde E-250) quality A (For tying chain link fencing complete

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete.

S&F galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or laying at crossing with and provision of mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete

Supply only chain link fencing mesh size 50 x 50 and dia of wire not less than 3 mm etc complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on brick work or concrete faces of surfaces of wall, 5mm thick plaster in CM:1:4 mixed over 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 & finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of Cement wash with Portland cement slurry to a smooth bodied opaque finish primer complete.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc. 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete

M&L for preparation of existing treatment and applying one coat of Cement Base Paint on walls complete all as specified and Directed.

M&L for preparation of existing treatment and applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather proof Paint on walls complete all as specified and dircted.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description postion and location not otherwise described over 10 cms width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed
