REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE TO SECURITY WALL/ COMPOUND WALL, FENCING, CONCERTINA COIL UNDER AGE B/R-II AT AF STN JODHPUR

Taking out silt, gravel boulders, vegetation grass from complete chocked and blocked and fully filled up nallah/ storm drain/ culvert with removing the silt rubbish to distance exc. 150 m but n. exc. 500 m including taking out of cover slab and refixing after removal of silt complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing steel gate of any design or section and re-fixing the same, to same opening after necessary minor addition and alteration, repairs, welding etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old masonry and removing debris out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, roof kerb complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40 to 50 mm thick precast RCC jallies of type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) of pattern as approved including precast frame balusters, bressumers kneelers, string courses fixing in any positioin with CM (1:4) including demolition of old jallies and thrown out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 including dismanting of old framed work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish off complete all as specified and directed.
