REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANK, BOUNDARY WALL, DRAIN, HARD STANDING,PATH, FENCING , GATES, CULVERT AND CONNECTED WORKS IN CERTAIN MD/OTM ACCN AT CDM UNDER AGE BR (N) NO II OF GE (N) SECUNDERABAD

Cleaning/clearing & Maintanance of sewage lines including CI/PVC stacks, incl under ground sewage lines any depth by removing any type of blockage from sewage drain upto and including 300mm bore/ dia by rodding or any other means from manholes to manholes including plugging of manholes temporarily as and when required and flushing with water after cleaning including intermediate manholes. Sludge/sludge water in form of semi solid/loose state will be disposed off either by carrying the same in covered van or trolley at out side MOD land and burring the same (semi solid/ liquid shall not be burried) including taking off manhole covers and refixing the same after cleaning complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge. The operation shall be executed/carried out with any kind of sewage cleaning device such as sewage cleaning Mechanical Pump / Vehical and cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Cleaning of blocked WC/gully trap/ Floor trap, upto and including first manhole by manual labour as well flushing with clean water making the WC seat , gully trap, floor trap operational complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking out semi solid, liquid suspension sludge and foreign material from man hole/ septic tanks/ soakage well of any description and any depth including pumping of water and removing and refixing of acessories and appliances required for safe disposal of sludge and foreign materials either by carrying the same in covered van or trolley at out side MOD land and burring the same (semi solid/ liquid shall not be burried) in ground complete all as directed by Eng-in- charge. (Note: The location at out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material obtained above shall be located by the contractor himself).

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, pole etc. n. exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to distance not exc.50metres and deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 ( using 40mm graded broken stone aggregates) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore of pipe including demolition of existing PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 ( using 40mm graded broken stone aggregates) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore of pipe including demolition of existing PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 ( using 40mm graded broken stone aggregates) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore of pipe including demolition of existing PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Double wall corrugated High-density polyethylene (SN 8) pipe of nominal size 300mm conforming to IS 16098-2013, laid in trenches/ floors over concrete bed with and including necessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc. including demolition and breaking up 300mm bore dia drain pipes (salt glazed earthern ware, AC or reinforced concrete), set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
