Dismantling of existing damaged RCC Slab by mechanically / manually without damaging the existing strcture and dispose the material to a lead of 50M complete all as directed. (The nature of work will be at a level of 5.0M from GL)

Removal of damaged wooden rafters carefully and and handed over the conditioned materials to CE dept., and dispose the unservicable material to out side the areas, complete all as directed.

Disposal of debries, dismantelled materials, wooden scrap, garbage and rubbish outside the HSL quarter premises to private dumping yard up to 20Km lead (not to dump in HSL residential dumping area & surrounding areas ) it is the resposibility of the firm to ensure no objection shall be raised by municipal authorities / from any body. If any dispute arises the agency has to sort out at their own risk etc., complete all as directed

Demolishing RR work upto required height/depth manually or by mechanical means without damaging remaining wall including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a lead of 50M etc., complete all as directed.

Provision of a 350mm Dia hole by core cutting machine for providing the new RCC beam all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Minimum cement content is 330Kgs per Cu.M)

Supply and providing HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe-500 grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed

Providing MS / Wooden centering and shuttering including strutting, propping for lintels, slabs, roof beams and whereever required/specified etc., including removal of form work complete etc., (the existing floor tiles should not damage while laying the slab, if damage occurs contracor shall be responsibility to the damage of tiles)

Providing 40mm thick (avg) screed concrete on top of slab with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix using 10/20 mm graded crushed granite aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials &labbour etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile on top of slab of size 300x300x10 mm of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA /JOHNSON having water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna&Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed.

Supply of 110 mm / 4 Inch dia UPVC(SWR) rain water downtake pipes (supreme/ prince make) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, including fixing of clamps, bends, shoes and required drain traps/ filters at roof level to arrest the leaves etc. complete

Remove the existing damaged plaster up to required thickness including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing the surface of the internal & external walls where ever required etc., and to provide the 20mm thick Cement plastering with CM(1:6) complete, including disposal of rubbish outside the HSL premises etc. Complete all as directed.

Providing 6mm thick ceiling plastering in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement etc., complete all as directed.

Applying two coats of putty of approved brands Birla / JK to new and old wall surfaces up to ceiling level including applying suitable primer including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed. (item includes scrapping of existing old paint ith buffing machine etc.,)

Apply two coats of premium quality Acrylic Interior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) including necessary scaffolding and where ever specified by Engineer etc., complete all as directed.

Providing Two (2) coats of Snowcem of approved brand to parapet walls, compound walls etc., and whereever required after thorough scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed.

NEO NEST BUNGALOW - 1

Removal of existing damaged false ceiling & damaged wooden purlins safely and handed over the servicable material to CE dept., and dispose the un-servicable material to out side the HSL bungalow premises (The required scaffolding material is in contractor scope)

Chipping of damaged old plaster and providing 12mm thick chemical Plastering with CM (1:4) complete all as directed. (The required scaffolding material is in contractor scope) (Chemical measured seperately)

Supply & apply the Nito Bond SBR chemical to ceiling areas complete all as directed.

Providing a hole for RR Wall of size 200mm dia by using Core Cutting machine and dispose the un-servicable material to outside HSL premises complete all as directed. (The required scaffolding material is in contractor scope) (The nature of work is at a level of 5.0M from the FFL)

Cutting and Fabrication of structural steel "I" section Beam and same has fixed at bottom of the slab complete all as directed. (The item includes 2 coats of expoxy paint over a coat of primer) (The required scaffolding material is in contractor scope and the nature of work is at a level of 5.0M from the FFL) (The required material shall be arranged by HSL on free of cost, but loading and unloading is in contractor scope)

Providing Micro-Concreting to core cutting holes and make it finish with neat cement plastering complete all as directed. (The required scaffolding material is in contractor scope and the nature of work is at a level of 5.0M from the FFL)

Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes scrapping of old surface manually / by mechanically)

Providing Powder coated GI grid as suit to existing thermochol false ceiling sheets by giving proper supports to ceiling @ 600mm spacing and fixing in position the existing condition sheets complete all as directed. (Existing sheets shall be utlised)

Supply and fix thermochol false ceiling sheets of required size complete all as directed.
