(A) Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Day-to-Day Various Electrical Works in Residential Township of Churcha Mine (RO) for the period of 365 Days - 1. Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC Insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, suitable size FR PVC or higher grade switch box and earthing the point with 1.5sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. (a) Group A

2. Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required (2X2.5 sq.mm+1X2.5 sq. mm earth wire)

3. Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required

4. Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit as required (a) 2 x 1.5 sq mm

5. Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. (a) 25 MM

6. Supplying and fixing metal box of following sizes (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc as required. (a) 100 mm X 100 mm X 60 mm deep

8. Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

9. Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

10. Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required.

11. Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 As rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) Single pole and neutral

12. Supplying and fixing following rating, two pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) 63 Amps

13. Supplying and fixing following rating, two pole, Single pahse and neutral 240V, 25 A RCCB having ssensitive current of 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

14. Supplying Lying , Drawing and connection of 2x6 sq mm PVC Aluminium Service Cable along with support of GI Wire(6swg) along with Connection on both side (From Pole to Main Switch of Quarter)

15. Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required

16. Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/termination with Gl thimble etc. as required.

17. Cleaning , Decarbonising and re-connection of existing Service Cable Connection From Pole to Main Switch of Quarter each
