132KV Isolator blade (East land Make) as per following specification:- 132 KV Isolator blade of East land make 1200Amp of electrolyte copper tube having outer dia 38mm, inner dia 35mm and length 1075mm having purity of copper 99.8% and botj side should be presses in roombus shape for support of arching horn as per sample

132KV Isolator Jaw EMC make suitable for 1200Amp as per following specification and sample:- a)Jaws of 132KV EMC Make Isolator complete with all Nut, Bolts and Washer having following parts Jaws assembly as under. b)four Copper Fingers in each jaw having current carrying capacity of 1200Amp c)Fabricated terminal type body 01No. d)Copper Contact half round shape 02No. e)High tension springs 02No & Copper bond 01No.attached.

Supply of Isolator Pad Clamps shall be suitable for connecting ACSR panther conductor to equipment terminal pad (isolator) through Quick Wej connectors. Effective dimension of the contact surface of the pad shall be 90mm*90mm.

Providing 132 KV Jaw for Center Break type isolator at 132 KV Majra with following spcifications high conductivity, corrosion resistant copper, suitable for continous and short circuit currents and capable of withstanding the mechanical and electrical stresses of the system. It should also have a self cleaning design to prevent binding in polluted environment and be designed to maintain its form and straightness under all operating conditions, loops of above copper strips suitable for 2000Amp current.

132 KV isolator clamps suitable for ACSR panther conductor having six no. u.clamps fix with nut and bolts of high conductivity material 80mm long and approx weight of a clamp is 1000gm.
