Dismantling of 40Hp motor from its respective base frame by opening foundation bolts, using chain pulley block and allied tools and tackles for carrying motor to the loading site, loading in private load carrier and shifting it to workshop for necessary repairs. Shifting back 40Hp motor to site after taking necessary repairs at workshop by loading in private load carrier and testing on full load after connecting 03 power supply connections.
Complete rewinding of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality.
Providing & fitting of high quality insulating material in the slots of the stator including bamboo straps, lethoride paper fiber glass tape etc.
Varnishing of windings using good quality varnish The job includes heat treatment process using conventional method.
Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% of the weight of copper winding at item 3
