Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus un-useful material to acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. A recovery of useful stone for 31.36 cum (thirty one decimal three six) cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in each running bill from this item. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structures complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:6:12(One cement : Six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 (forty) millimetres ) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specification 2014clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation retaining walls, breast walls etcetra complete as per drawings and MORD technical specfications 800 and 1200 nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : Ten graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size including cost of form work and curing complete without plum as per HPPWD specification complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment , wing walls and return walls complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8. with Granular Material and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in abutment retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 100mm ( One hundred ) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² ( four kilogramm ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) ( one vertical : twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 614,709,1204.3.7 in all leads and lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-chrage. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying (to level and slopes) 900mm dia (Nine hundred fifty millimetre dia metre) reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipe I.S. class NP-2 ( Two) for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 1303 including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone masonry in cement mortarfor sub structure complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 702,704,1202 and 1204 in Cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 sand) 2nd Sort including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Stone masonry in cement mortarfor sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 702,704,1202 and 1204 in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 sand) 2nd Sort including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of Dry stone masonry for retaining wall breast wall revetment wall and parapets for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm (hundred) millimetres spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) upto all floor levels in all heights/ depth including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound ( where specified ) and wa ter finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical specification clause 1501 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 4 (vi) of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2004 for rural roads including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
