REPAIR/MAINTENANCE TO EXISTING ROAD AND ROAD SIDE FURNITURE OF TECHNICAL AND RESIDENTIAL AREA OF IRDE UNDER GE(I) RND DEHRADUN

M&L for repairs to potholes, any depth not exceeding 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good around by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) using power roller 8-12 tonne capacity and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 6 Kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-30 on top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for for applying a priming/tack coat with bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using on black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight of total mix, crushed aggregate of grading 2, anti stripping agent, warm mix additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved job mix formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen of specific temperature throughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen contect, anti stripping agent, warm mix additives as per mix design in hot mix plant (batch type) of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved and and suitable arrangements, laying and hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, including level and camber through rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Providing, laying & Compaction of bituminious, macadam (BM) compacted thickness not exceeding 75 mm thick conforming to clause 504 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridges works (Fifth Revision) using mechanically crushed stone aggregates and granual material etc of grading II as per Table 500-7 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridges work (Fifth revision) Premixed with bituminious binder bitumen grade VG-30 @4% (percent by weight of total mix) prepared in batch type Hot Mix Plant transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 2.5 mm thick, white/ yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, conforming to BS standards 3262 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechnical engine driven machine, painting as in strips (continuous or breaking) of width not exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in repairs for sparkie solar road studs with body made of aluminium dia cast matt finished with anti twist ribs on the bottom anchor of size approx 125mmx90mm and solar battery of 12v with automatic dust to dawn solar suit complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Fixing Modified ABS Plastic Reflective Road Stud conforming to relevant IRC/MORTH specifications, made of high strength modified ABS engineering plastic body with high intensity retro reflective PMMA/acrylic reflectors on both sides, weather resistant, waterproof and capable of withstanding heavy vehicular load, fixed on road surface with suitable epoxy adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs heavy duty/jumbo rubberised speed breakers (yellow and black colour combination) follow Indian Roads Congress (IRC):99-2018 guidelines of size 500x400x50-75mm made of durable EPDM or natural rubber with high visibility yellow/black coloring and reflectors, offering high load-bearing capacity (up to 60 tons) fixing with solution/chemical and suitable length of fasterners complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/ 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
