Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge (B) 75 mm dia - For Wall

Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. (a) Size 900 x 400 x 150 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 7 kg per unit -30 T capacity.

Precast plain cement chequered tiles 22 mm thick of required shades laid in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete. ( c) Dark shades using ordinary cement

Providing and laying factory made Shot blasted cement concrete interlocking paver block of minimum M35/M40 grade made by heavy duty block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of aprpoved size and design / shape laid in 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer.- in I, Wave, Rectangular, Square etc. shapes. The products should comply to IS 15658:2006 and manfucatured by ISO9001: 2008 certified plant. The shot blasting should be done using 0.4-0.5mm dia steel shots with a speed of 3200 rpm. (a) 60 mm thick in all colours except grey (M35 grade)

Providing and fixing prefabricated compound gate of G.I. pipes 40 – 50 mm dia (medium) with 12mm M.S. square bars of G.I. pipes grill work as per drawing including providing & fixing locking arrangements, pintals, hold fast embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size) including applying priming coat with ready mixed red lead paint and painting 2 or more coats with superior ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades as per direction complete.
