Contract Details

Dismantling and opening of air cooled DG set of 10 KVA 415 v 1500 RPM 50 HZ capacity including coupled alternator with the engine unit for repair, Maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically, incl cleaning, oiling/greasing, removing & replacement of defective unserviceable parts with new parts, ie ‘O’ rings/diesel filter /oil filter /Air filter /fan belt / hose/ Engine Oil etc as required at site and manufacturer's instructions and checking of valves & nozzles etc, reassembling the DG set ensuring proper alignment connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A’ (ii) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly for checking serviceability including cleaning of oil sump by pouring kerosene oil all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (iii) Fresh engine oil for DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor as “ Supply only” and shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. Its cost of filling is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for above item.

Supply and fix Fuel filter primary/secondary element complete with sealing ring and copper washer suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed

Supply and fix lubricating oil filter complete with seal ring suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed

Supply and fix fuel pipe from feed pump to fuel filter suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed

Supply and fix fuel pipe from fuel filter to fuel pump suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed

Supply and fix Gasket for cylinder head suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed

Supply and fix V belt suitable for 10 KVA to 35KVA DG set complete all as directed

Supply and fill Engine oil Castrol 15 W- 40 grade complete all as directed

M&L for cleaning outer body of DG set incl oil tank of DG sets of various capacity by collecting the fuel in cleaned barrels and removing sludge deposited/ accumulated inside the tank and two coats painting outer body of DG set and fuel tank with synthetic enameled paint and refilling the collected fuel after filtration complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing battery 100 AH 12 Volt of complete all as specified and directed. Make EXIDE GOLD /AMARON/ LUMINIOUS .

S&F in replacement Solenoid Switch for 10 KVA to 30 KVA DG set and testing complete for proper functioning.

S&F in replacement of Ignition Switch of DG Sets & complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of AVR suitable for 10 KVA to 35 KVA DG Sets complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement Self Starter suitable for 10 to 35 KVA DG Set 12 Volt Make: Lucas/AutoLak

M&L for Removing, transporting to workshop, Repairing & Servicing of self starter of DG set ranging from 10 KVA to 35 KVA including replacement of parts such as washer, nut, bolts, bush, solenoid, rotor etc re-assembling and testing complete all as directed.

Supply and install, testing off load type changeover switch four pole, AC 415 volts 50 HZ of capacity 63 Amps 4 pole with enclosure, side handle operated conforming to IS:13947 incl fixing on wall/panel complete all as directed

S&F electronic driver 72 watt suitable for street light 72/70 watt complete all as directed

S&F in repairs brackets for street light fitting made out of 32 mm dia G.I. Pipe light grade in shape and angle as directed not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in length fixed to pole with suitable size of M.S. clamps made of M.S flat of size 40 mm x 3 mm, 2 Nos, M.S nut & bolt with cup washers and dismantling old rusted/unserviceable bracket with its rusted clamps and nut bolts complete all as specified.

Repair/replacement of hot air blower operated on 230 Volt AC, 50 Hz of capacity 2kw manual setting complete all as specified and directed

Repair/replacement of ceiling fan operated on 230 volt AC 50 Hz 1200mm sweep, power saving 5 star rating complete all as directed

Repair/replacement of electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element up to 2 KW capacity 25 liter, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat, NRV, connection piece etc operated on 230Volt, single phase supply AC complete all as directed

Supply and fixing post top lantern/gate light fitting LED type 20 watt New generation, IP 65 LED post-top family, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminum landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source. Clear Cover offers bright illumination for different applications complete al as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cable complete all as specified

Supply, laying and connecting XLPE insulated, armored, heavy duty electric cable multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, of size 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe / fixed to poles etc. including taking out old cable complete all as directed

M & L for river bed sand used in trenches/ ducts 08 cm under cable and 15 cm above the cable for cushioning/protection to cable and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed .

Relaying old retrieved serviceable sub class 'B' bricks all as directed

M&L for Cutting under road/PCC path and passing GI pipe for cable protection and making good as existing complete all as specified and as directed.

33. Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified

Supply and laying galvanised steel water tubing, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads in drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers, pipes of 50 mm bore ,fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Restretching/ tightening of ACSR conductor of any type and size by disconnecting from insulators from any location complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Proper shut down has to be taken from MES. (ii) T & P i.e. Ladder, safety items, or any other equipment for repair tightening of ACSR conductor shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in respective items

Dismantling / taking down the street light / security lights of any capacity & description from existing LT pole/walls at any height in repairs and refixing the fittings in existing / another location after repair work all as directed Note:- (i) Replacement of defective parts / accessories shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) T & P i.e. Ladder, safety items, or any other equipment for repair of street light shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be incl in respective items

S&F in repair service wire 1100 volts grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable weather proof multi stranded with aluminum conductor of size 2 core 6.0 sqmm complete all as specified

Supply and fixing in repair integral LED street light luminaries comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame of capacity 70/72 watt, Ingress protection IP 65 protection suitable for 40/32mm dia pipe, with complete accessories, fixed on pole / wall incl connecting with using 1.00 Sqmm three core PVC insulated and unsheathed aluminum conductor cable complete all as directed

S&F in repair/replacement of 27W Solar Street Light all-in-One, solar panel of size 490mmx180mmx17mm having voltage 6V, 12 watt, Battery 3.2Volt/24Ah along with mounting bracket complete all as directed

S&F in repair/replacement of street light 24 hrs analog time switch weather proof enclosure rust proof, electric sock proof, vermin proof outdoor along with SMC box 200x150x95 as enclosure complete al as specified.

Trimming of tree branches touching to over head lines, up to 1.5 mtr distance all around of ACSR conductors of span 30meter to 50 meter of HT/LT feeders and depositing cut branches away from site as directed and clearance of HT/LT pole and sub station premises all as directed Note: (i) Trimming of all branches of trees falling under one span between two pole shall be considered as one span only. (ii) Contractor have to arrange all T&P, safety equipment's manpower and vehicle for trimming at different locations. Contractor or his rep has to ensure power shut down of overhead lines before carrying out trimming. Contractor shall be responsible for any lapses/ mishappening occurred due to negligence of safety aspects.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
