Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specificed and as per directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specificed and as per directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Taking down cement plaster any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water,etc.

Demolition and breaking up 300 mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying chequered tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed polished finished chequerred cement concrete tiles 300x300mm x 25 mm thick size set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors.

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in rounded or chamferrd on edging.

S & F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6)

All as per item No. 16.00 above but except bricks

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick using CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry/conc surface using WPC and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC will be paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplasetered surfaces of wall by applying two coats of cement base paint complete.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall with complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint complete.

M&L, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M/L for PCC (1:2:4) type C1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in bands, string course coping apex stone bed plate kerbs and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angle with and incl necessary use and waste of form work .

M/L PCC (1:3:6) type B1 using 20.mm graded stone aggregate as in benching of drains, surface channel etc all as specified

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitered /stopped ends etc.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes , drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified .

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia) or securing with clips complete.

M&L for 300 mm dia single RCC hume pipe class NP-3 hume pipes with collars complete all as Specified and directed.
