Earth work in excavation for all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. all complete as per the instructions & directions of E.I.C

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) All work up to plinth level, all complete as per the instructions & directions of E.I.C

Random rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in foundation and plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), all complete as per the instructions & directions of E.I.C

Flush/ Ruled Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) :

Fabricating and erecting the steel post for holding the chainlink fencing made out of Departmental drill rods supplied by the Dept at site at free of cost ,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm sqm of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

General Notes: 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at AMD. 2. The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and taxes GST, Labour cess, IT, etc., as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI are exclusive. EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause.
