Supply & fixing in replacement of energy saving, environmental friendly, long life , exclusive innovate die-cast aluminium LED flood light 100 watt as light source, suitable for highlighting architectural features or area lighting by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm approx 2 m length complete all as specified and directed. silicon pottet gel driver with 10kv SPD & 4KV external driver with BIS Approved/ 110 Lumen/watt.

Supply & fixing in replacement of new generation, LED 20 W Post Top Lantern, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LED as light source by using 2 core PVC insulated cable aluminium conductor 2.5 Sqmm approx 2 m length complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable LED security light of any capacity and refixing the same after repairing necessary components like drivers, circuit board etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Components required to repaire measured and paid separetely under respective item

Supply only LED security light Driver 36 Watt to 100Watt, voltage range 100 to 265 Power factor .98 and Efficiency 92% single phase, power factor complete all as specified and directed

Supply only LED security light PCB circuit board, 36 Watt to 100Watt 50Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old unsv LT UG cable of any size from trenches/road /floor/poles & wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured LT under ground cable of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core 1100 V grade PVC insulated ,PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable of following size in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including aluminium lugs at ends of cable and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but of size 6 Sqmm 2 core

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding1.5 mtr in depth/ width for laying under ground cable / foundations and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavating material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for protection of PVC cable with screen wash sand and punning to proper reqd cover all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 40mm bore galvanized tube (light grade) with all fittings (if required) laid in road crossing or along poles with clamps for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for three core (for phase and neutral & earth) cable 1.5 Sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable (FRLSH) drawing in existing pole/pipe from busbar/junction box chamber to street light fitting and testing complete all as directed..

M & L for replacement of rusted/corroted security light bracket made out of GI pipe of light grade 1.5 RMx40mm dia and 0.3RM x32 mm dia at one end for inserting of light fitting, properly shaped, bended, & fixed on the pole through MS flat by nut,bolt & washer of suitable sizes incl two coat synthetic enameled paint ,dismantling the old unsv existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement outdoor type cable entry junction box of size 200 x 250 x 105 mm, weather proof with knockouts for cable entry- black colour with necessary cable connector link inside the box and fixing arrangement by clamp, nut bolts etc fixied on pole/ walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for replacement of 3 pole power contactor of 40 Amp, AC-3 duty rating at 415 Volt, 50 HZ on existing panel after replacement of old burnt contactor, cutting / thimbling old burnt cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Digital time switch 40 Amp, 3 pole with contractor and MCB TP 40 Amp including enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for replacement of digital time switch 24 hrs dial (SST- 15 min) single phase 110-240 Volt on existing panel complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) for filling and making good of disturbed surfaces of road/hard standing etc complete all as specified and as directed

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
