Annual Rate Contract for Cleaning and Repairing work of various reservoirs (GLR, CWR and OHSR) under JEn Laxman Nagar Rural Sub Division Phalodi

PHED/BSR/O&M-2020/C-4/ 4.1 - Cleaning of Ground water reservoir ( GLR's) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of wall, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir.

4.1.1 - up to 10 Kl

PHED/BSR/O&M-2020/C-4/ 4.2 - Cleaning of Clear water reservoirs ( CWR's) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir.

4.2.1 - up to 10 KL

PHED/BSR/O&M-2020/C-4/ 4.3 - Cleaning of Over Head Service Reservoir ( OHSR ) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir.

4.5 - Replacement of existing wire mesh on ventilators of GLRs, OHSRs, CWRs etc. with 16 mm dia MS vertical bars placed at 10 cms wherever required, having 16-gauge wire mesh with a inner base of expanded jali welded around with vertical bars

4.6 - Taking out with care the M.S. iron ladder fixed at OHSR , repairing, welding etc and fixing back at reservoirs including all labour and material.

4.7 - Replacement of existing copper float dia 300 mm and iron counter weight for water level indicator

4.8 - Cleaning of PHED Campus (Includes Removal of garbage, Cleaning of light jungle and maintaining the area and disposal of all garbage outside Approved disposal place of Concern local bodies.

4.9 - Providing, fabrication and fixing mainhole cover 600X600 size made of angles 50X50X6 mm frame,40X40X5 mm frame of cover, 6 mm thick MS sheet with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide With lock (minimum weight 50 Kg)

Revised PHED BSR 2023 - 3.7 Providing and fixing double flanged ISI marked DI Class K-9 pipes as per IS:8329-2000 (amended up to date), as vertical pipes for RCC Reservoirs including specials required such as duck foot bend, bend, tee etc. providing and fixing clamps at every 3 mtr, jointing materials such as nuts, bolt, rubber packing, hydraulic testing etc. complete in all respect up to and from valve chamber as per direction of EIC, Technical Specification and Scope of work. 3.7.1 100 mm
