Loading, unloading and safe carriage of the following materials from any Electy. Store Center of Electricity store division of Bareilly zone.

Laying of earthmat and earthing of Indoor & outdoor equipments of the Sub-Station after proper clamping and welding of joints including painting inside Soil as per RESPO/ Approved drawing details as given below. In any case earth resistance of grounding system should not exceed more than 2 Ohms (M.S. Bar will be provided by Deptt.)

Laying of M.S. Bar of 32mm dia for making the complete earthmat in the trenches in S/s Yard of 750mm depth and 500mm width with their straightening, cutting accordingly and welding with overlap joint of 100mm cross joint, T joint.

Making and driving of 3 Mtr. Long electrodes from 32mm dia M.S. Bar having one end conical 150mm long by heat tempering including cutting upto 750mm depth from ground level and welding with earth mat.

Making of triangular bridge by using MS electrode, GI strip 50x6mm and GI Pipe 40 mm dia with providing of well type pipe earthing upto 15 Mtr. depth below ground level including welding etc. by boaring process at T/F neutral, LA and newly erected structure including cost of GI pipe of size 40 mm dia 15 mtr. long of ISI mark(all the required material will be supllied by the contractor).

welding & laying of G.I. strip 50x6mm size with structures and all equipments in switchyard and control room, M.S. Bar including cutting, binding and proper fixing etc. complete. The welding and laying of G.S. Strips to L.A. with full length of structures and also the M.S. bridge near L.A. structures.

Construction of new transformer plinth of size 4.5x3.5 Mtr. for upto 10 MVA Transfomer having depth 0.5 Mtr. below ground level & 0.5 Mtr. above ground level. The work including excavation of foundation. base & concreting of foundation base of CC 1:6:12 ratio (cement, fine sand & brick ballast) first class brick work of cement morter of ratio 1:4 for masonry & lintring work of transformer plinth of RCC work of ratio 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand and store grit of 20mm using MS Bars of 10mm dia(tor) for reinforcement of linter including cutting, bending & binding of MS bars of required plinth size & shape. The work also includes laying of 2 Nos. 3.5 Mts. long rail pieces after cutting in proper size & shape & fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per RESSPO/Approved drawing suitable for 10 MVA transformer & shall be plastered of walls of ratio 1:4 (cement & fine sand)/finished on top and sides of the plinth. (all material will be provided by firm).

Fabracation, erection and grouting of the following structures as per RESSPO/ Approved Drawing and its, plinth 30cm above ground leval as directed by the Engineer Incharge (All steel sections will be provided by Deptt).

Installation of followig equipments on their respective structures including mechanical & electrical fixing after proper adjustment on their structure.

33 KV Bus side isolator (will be provided by Deptt.)

24 V Battery set with charger ( To be provided by firm I.S.I. mark only of DC System with one float cum boost charger & battery set for 24V. System with 200A.H. Capacity with cabinet).

Complete laying and termination of copper control cables from 5 MVA power T/F, 33 KV VCB, 33 KV CT in the out door switch yard to the Transformer relay control panel inside the control room including cost of all materials and labour required for proper completion of works as per RESSPO drawings, including cost of testing of transformer, VCB, CT, relay pannel & proper relay settings as per requirement etc.

Laying of dog conductor alongwith cost of all required calmps and connectors etc. as per RESSPO Approved drawing of L.A., C.T., V.C.B., Bus Isolator etc.

Erection and grouting of double pole structure of PCC Poles including stays for 11KV out door feeders, complete in all respect as per RESSPO drawing along with grouting material about 3 meter 4" dia G.I. pipe along with required elbow shall be provided at D/P for power cable including provision of 02 Nos. feeders name plate on D/P. (All type of insulators, steel, stay set with wire, earthing rod, clamps, GI pipe & grouting material provided by the Firm except PCC pole).

Making of M.S. Angle Ladder type frame of Angle (75x75x8mm) & GI Strip (50x6mm) near power transformer for power cable with concreting of the same in the ground and proper clamping (50x6mm) of the same with transformer cable.

Making of M.S. Angle frame of (75x75x8mm) in L shape to connect T/F Neutral by flexible copper strip including cost of copper strip & will be connected to newly constructed well type earthing for Power T/F Neutral as per RESPO norms.

Laying of 11KV cable of different size from power T/F to control room I/C and control room to outside D/P. 11 KV Cable will be layed in brick trench constructed below 750mm to the ground level over the ganga sand. brick trench will be constructed by Ist class bricks covering three sides of cable, after laying 11 KV Cable brick trench will be filed by Ganga sand & then will be covered by bricks & backfill of soil over cable trench as per RESPO norms.

Erection of 11 KV incoming and outgoing panel (with testing & setting of relays) in substation control room including grouting of Anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for power cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's tranches by river sand.

Erection & testing of 1 No. single T/F Control panel in substation control room including grouting of anchor bolts of panel and making of pocket for control cable to insert in panel from trench and complete filling of control room's tranches by river sand.

Termination of 11 KV 3x300sqmm size XLPE cable by filling 11 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with LV side of transformer to switch gear panels by providing suitable connectors.

Termination of 11 KV 3x185sqmm size XLPE cable by filling 11 KV heat shrinkable type cable boxes including proper connection with LV side of switch gear panels to double poles out side S/S by providing suitable connectors.

Hoisting of 11 KV Cable on DP in GI Pipe.

Painting of the fabicated structures with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel alumm. Paint/green paint of ISI Mark alongwith earthing strip above ground level.

Shifting and dragging of 33/11 KV 5 MVA transformer from road side to its plinth alongwith its erection including fixing of all assessories and top-up of T/F oil.

Repairing and replacement of damage gasket, Bushing rod, Bushing .Breather,Silica gel etc by repalcement. (In case of old & used 5 MVA T/F)

Cenrifusing of transformer oil in case of old & used power transformer.

Providing of Rubber matting sheet 8/10mm of good quality as per standard specification.

Comlete repairing of swichyard fencing.

PART (B) RECONDUCTORING OF EXISTING 33 KV LINE IZZATNAGAR RURAL (BAREILLY)

Loading, unloading and safe carriage of the following materials from any Electy. Store Center of Electricity store division of Bareilly zone.

Erection of the following supports including cutting, making holes, fixing of all types of accessories digging of pits complete in all respect, as per RESSPO drawing.All types of clamps, stone pad, nut, bolt washers would be provided by the contractor.

Single support of S.T pole 11 mtr long.

Erection/fixing for stay set with stay wire and clamp as per RESSPO drawing including binding, clamping, tightening, and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 before back filling of the pits as per RESSPO schedule. All clamps, nuts, bolts, cement. brick, ballast, sand etc would be provided by the contractor.

Concreting of supports in 1:4:8 ratio from bottom of pole to ground level and plinthing of supports upto 300mm above ground level by using cement ,brick ballast and sand in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESSPO drawing with watering/curing properly upto proper setting of plinthing.All matrial would be provided by the contractor.

Laying and sagging of 3 phase ACSR Dog conductor of 33 KV Line from double pole at 220 KV substation Dohna to Bilwa overbridge including jumpering, hoisting, fixing of all type of insulators, binding, jointing and its clamping etc. in all respect.

Earthing of each S.T Poles of the line is to be done by inserting the MS earth rod (1800x20mm) into soil by hammering and properly fastning with GI wire to each support by nut & bolt. Earthing rod must be 0.15 Mtr.above from the plinth of the support. All type nut & bolt would be given by the contractor.

Clearing of the line route by cutting of tree branches during erection of line and also upto the time of energisation completely as per direction of Incharge.

Painting of following support with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium white paint of ISI mark and top danger portion of each support must be painted by providing two coat of Post Office Red Paint (1.5mtr upper portion of support.) Paint and material would be given by contractor to complete of work.

Single pole structure of 11 mtr. ST Pole.

Safe dismentling of old & rotten ACSR Rabbit conductor of existing 33 KV Izzatnagar rural line from 220 KV S/S Dohna to Bilwa overbridge without damage of any insulator, cross arm, clamp etc. of existing 33 KV line.

Loading. unloading and safe carrige of old & rotten Rabbit conductor (almost 15 km.) from site to Store center, Bareilly (Distance upto Approx 15 km).
