Providing and laying 60mm thick interlocking paver block of all shapes and colour in design mix cement M-35 over a bed of 25 mm thick sand complete in all respect.

Providing and laying mosais anti skid tiles of any size of approved make in floor laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles.

Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles,flats,square bars,tee and channels) ladders grills gratting frames, window guards, iron doors openable or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree guards ect., including cost of screw and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position.

Applying priming coat metal primer on new steel work or iron including preparation of surface.

Painting two coats excluding primer coat with ready mixed paint for metallic surface in all shades on new steel or iron work. With first class quality.

Corrugated G.I. Sheet roofing 0.80 mm thick fixed with galvanized iron ‘J’ or ‘L’ Hooks, 10 mm Dia G.L Limpet and bitumen washer complete, excluding the cost of purlins rafters and truses

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 ×600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand morter 1.3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note:- Tile shall be premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJA-RIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, JOHNSONS & RAK.

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 ×600 mm of approved make in Skirting/dado laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12 mm thick cement coarse sand morter 1.3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note:- Tile shall be premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJA-RIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, JOHNSONS & RAK.

Dismantling of first class mud roofing.

Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86 cm × 11.43 cm× 3.81 cm laid over 87.50 mm mud filling on a layer of 25 mm mud plaster and another layer of mud morter for laying the tiles, including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg. per sqm on top of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand morter 1:3 and top surface to be left clean etc.

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth- earth work undressed with all lead and lift including breaking of clods and dressing of earth work.

Providing and fixing Grass.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 gola 10 cm × 10 cm quadrant along junction of roof with parapet wall finished smooth, where specially specified.

Supply and erection 3 stepped tubular pole (swaged type) 7 meter long single bracket pole duly embedded 1.25 mtr below ground level confirming to 410-SP-3 of IS :2713 (part II) 1980, Welded with mild steel base plate of size 30 cmx30cmx6mm thickness including erection of pole in ground surrounded with 30 cm 1:3:6 cement concrete and a platform 10cm to thick to the size of base plate at the bottom and 1 mtr long 40 mm dia GI Bracket . 300mm MS sleeve & MS bracing nut and bolt etc. bracket fitted with suitable size of mild steel nipple (minimum 10 cm in the bracket ) to hold the fitting including painting etc. complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction Engineer in charge of work.

Dismantling white or coloured glazed tiles (To be carefully removed)

Removing, cutting, fixing aluminum door complete in all repect.

Wiring in existing condute pipe (Surface) Wiring only in 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable in existing conduit pipe and MS boxes covered with 5mm thick Bakelite sheet including of cost of switches, wall socket,ceiling rose etc.(Light Point Long).

Wiring in existing condute pipe (Surface) Wiring only in 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable in existing conduit pipe and MS boxes covered with 5mm thick Bakelite sheet including of cost of switches, wall socket,ceiling rose etc.(Light Point Medium).
