Construction of RCC Drain and Paver Block from PWD Road to Mobarak Ali House at Ward No 03 under Kailashahar Municipal Council Kailashahar, Unakoti Tripura for the year 2025 26.

Item No 01: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Item No. 02 : Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Item No. 3: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Item No 4: Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level: a) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Item No. 5: Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: i) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. using shuttering ply

Item No. 6: Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. i) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Item No. 7: 80 mm thick factory made c.c. interlocking paver block of M-35 Grade. Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required grey colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per specifications & approval/direction of the Engineer -in-Charge:

Item No. 8 : Cast in Situ Cement Concrete M 20 Kerb Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per drawing MoRT&H technical specification clauses 409 A.
