2. Complete Rewinding of 7.5 H.P motor fitted on the over head Crane by way of dismantling the motor from the installed position after disconnecting all the electric cable connections and decoupling from the gear box. Dismantling the motor bearing retainers and also separating the rotor from the stator. Extraction of damaged coils out of stator slots & fitting of new Cu coils with high class insulation material. P/F of new bearing sleeves, bearing locking plate with screws and locks. Metalling of Rotor shaft and turning / finishing to bearing size. Cleaning of rotor, stator and varnishing stator with Dr. Beck varnish, replacement of cotters, unserviceable nut bolts with washers. P/f of cotton tape and film material to strengthen the bends and stator coils. Refitting all the motor parts i.e. rotor, stator, bearing retainers, mounting the motor on crane, coupling with gear box. Leveling with proper alignment. Making electric connections, taping and testing the motor on no load & full load. 3. Dismantling of gear box of the Crane, checking, cleaning gear box housing parts with K. Oil. Repairing, reconditioning the main and counter shaft at worn out portions. Reconditioning of gear by way of rebuilding the teeth and then machining , finishing /turning size and pitching with replacement of damaged cotters. Assembling of gear box with replacement of oil seals and gasket joints. Filling of Gear oil to the required level with P/F of new nuts & bolts in place of unserviceable / damaged nuts & bolts. 4.Dismantling of coupled flanges of transverse and longitudinal driving shaft of the tracks cleaning, greasing, oiling , aligning and leveling of each driving shaft with Providing and Fitting of base frame packers for leveling aligning in proper accuracy. Replacement of all worn out coupling bolts nuts. Also providing and applying adhesive solution to steel wire rope, transverse and longitudinal tracks. 5.Dismantling, checking, adjusting and setting right the broken system of the crane with replacement of brake leathers/linings, connected nuts & bolts, Tension spring. Job also includes rebuilding of brake drum, shafts and machining to proper size, rebuilding of key ways and replacement of cotters – oiling, greasing of bearings of shaft ends housings. 6.Reconditioning, Strengthening of base assemblies of 800 amps. 6.6 kV M.E.I make, GUD type, H.T Oil Circuit Breaker No. 03 at site by way of extraction of all damaged / worn out Top and Bottom finger contacts and fitting of new finger contact at their respective places. Repairing/reconditioning of 03 No. rupturing chambers by way of filling superior quality epoxy compound at worn-out portion turning finishing to attain proper size of hole of rupturing chamber along with straightening, alignment along with silver coating of 02 No. moving contact assembly, with soldering, refilling at worn-out portions and machining to attain proper size. Also providing silver coating on the contact plates. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges up to workshop and then from workshop to back after repairing, loading/unloading charges, installation, testing and commissioning at site. 01 no.Complete Job.
7.Reconditioning, Strengthening of the charging system, breaker engaging system and releasing system of M.E.I make, GUD type 800 amps. H.T Oil Circuit Breakers No. 03 installed at L.I.S. Rajal by way of replacement/rebuilding of worn out parts, links of mechanism assembly, ball and socket assembly, worn out bushes with setting up of proper tension of closing and releasing springs and oiling of bushes and bearings, applying Vaseline on contact points for smooth functioning of tripping and releasing system including cost of material and labour charges. 01 no.
