Earth work in excavations for structure as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 (Clause ThreeHundred Five point One) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying Concrete PCC grade M-20 grade 1:2:4 (one cement: Two sand: Four graded hard stone aggregate) M-20(Twenty millimeter)nominal size for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and HP PWD techinical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 i/c carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers treads landing etc. and similar worksas per HPPWD specification 1990 voume-I including carriage of all labour equipement and material to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar worksas per HPPWD specification 1990 voume-I including carriage of all labour equipement and material to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing balcony railing stair case railing and similar works including priming coat of approved steel primer G.I pipes including carriage of all labour equipement and material to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauge to Windows, clearstory windows and doors with M.S Flat 15X3 mm and nuts and bolts complete Galvinised M.S wire gauge with 0.63mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both side

Providing and fixing 10mm thick acid and or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and or alkali resistantg mortar bedding and joints filled with acid and /oralkali resisting cement as per IS:4457 complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge in Flooring on a bed of 10mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement:4 coarse sand) acid and alkali reisstant tile including carriage of all labour equipement and material to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick acid and or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and or alkali resistantg mortar bedding and joints filled with acid and /oralkali resisting cement as per IS:4457 complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge in Flooring on a bed of 12mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement:4 coarse sand) acid and alkali reisstant tile including carriage of all labour equipement and material to various location through all leads,lifts & other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out doors windows and cleastory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking with in 20 metresincluding carriage of all labour, equipment ,tools & plants and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and other incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.
