Excavation in post holes or similar holes each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out and returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good to surface in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed by enginner-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by enginner-in-charge.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed like swan neck type shape, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by enginner-in-charge.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed by enginner-in-charge.

Fixing in repair only Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.complete all as specified and directed by enginner-in-charge. (eachline wire to be measured)

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by enginner-in-charge.

Removing demolised/debries to a distance exceeding 1000 meter and n exc. 1500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by enginner-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand cushioning / filling for underground cable protection, filling under floors ,consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L stone Slab 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 30 CM wide and thickness not less than 50 mm in length lay dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing and testing of under ground cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with standed aluminium conductor 4 core 16 sqmm laid in trenches/ duct/ pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying GI Tubing light grade 50 mm bore , in trenches or fixed on walls/roof complete including fittings complete for the following sizes all as specified and as directed.Note : Exacavation and earth work where required shall be measured and paid separetely under relevent items of this.

M&L for erection of steel tubular pole, type 410 SP-31, 9 mtr long incl cast iron base plate finial taper plug bolts and nut etc and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F and testing of energy efficient LED street light fittings of 72 watt pole mounting comprising a diecast aluminum housing with heat registant toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F FRP junction box of size 300mm X 300 mm X150 mm ,pole mounted ,shockproof,maintance free ,weather proof for controlling the street light central with linked door control incl 6 amp MCB SP with aluminium busbar 100 amp capacity ,including mounting the junction box on pole with MS clamp ,nuts and bolts complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and beyond the 1.5 mtr length for laying of cable / foundation of pole/struts and stay in soft/loose soil.

S & F of GI pipe 40 mm light grade 1.50 mtr long , bend shape required as in street light bracket fixed to poles /walls with suitable size MS Clamp, bolt nuts complete fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed.

S& F of automatic street light switch using nature switch for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level of natural light .the sensor (nature switch ) along with suitable power contractor ,MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof and FR Grade SMC junction box (sintex make) conforming to IP -54.The contractor,MCB and copper ckt should suitable enough to take 3 phase load of 5 KW ,contractor rating 25-32 Amp per phase ,MCB SP rating of 32 Amps (03 Nos).

Supply and fixing of PVC insulated copper conductor 1.5 sqmm 3 core for connection form street light to junction box including 20 mm dia ERW MS pipe for protection of wire ,with two mild steel clamps made of flat iron size 20 mm X 4 mm for fixing of pipe to pole with required nuts and bolts 20 mm X 4 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a dpeth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not lss than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, earth lead GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts and wahsers of galvanised iron and thimbles and of earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of CI cover and frame etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR- 2009 (Part-1)

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation of poles etc filling and mess concrete complete all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation of poles etc filling and mess concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for Point wiring complete with 2.5 Sqmm single core multi standard copper conductor PVC FLRS insulated unsheathed cable in and incl PVC Casing capping with accessories existing pressed steel terminal boxes (sunk in wall) including new 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover with 1.50 Sqmm insulated unsheathed PVC covered copper conductor for common earth and connecting to earth dolly for complete all as specified ans as directed.
