Excavation in soil using hydraulic excavator C.K. 90 and tipper with disposal upto 1000 m :- Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. as per MoRTH specification No. 301

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per MoRTH specification

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 as per MoRTH specification

Scrapping of old painted suface including disposal of scraped material as per MoRTH specification

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORTH specification no. 406

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion slow setting on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoRTH specifications

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grading-1 with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10, using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRTH Specification no. 503

Bituminous Concrete Grading-II Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders :-Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement to Table 300-2 as per MoRTH specification

Plain cement concrete M-15 in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and complacted by vibration including curing in foundation as per MoRTH specification

Furnishing and placing reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 in superstructure as per drawing and MoRTH specifications.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and MoRTH specifications.

Plain cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 nomional mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nomional size mechnically mix place in foundation and compacted by vibration including curring as per MoRTH specification

Brick masonry work in 1 : 3 in substructure complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and MoRTH Specifications.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and MoRTH Specifications

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per MoRTH Specifications

Plastering with cement mortar (1:2 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per SOR No. 581

O.B.B. Filter material behind abutment & Wing. As per SOR

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres as per MORTH specification
