OD56528/2025-2026:Disconnect all electric connections from the motor of power 15-30 HP, decoupling the motor from pump and remove the base bolts from motor and base plate and kept the motor at safe place , checking and testing the stator and rotor winding, leading the motor to the nearest roadside using manpower, rope , chain, reaper etc. as required without getting damages to the motor, including loading into the vehicle and unloading at workshop for repairs and to and fro Conveyance., resetting the rewound motor, refitting the motor on the base plate, couplin with pump in correct alignment, givin wire connection , taking trial run on full load.

OD56553/2025-2026:Charges for rewinding the burnt Stator/rotor - separate stator and rotor, dismantling the damaged rotor winding from the rotor slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor with good quality correct gauge of super enameled copper winding wires, closing the rotor slots with fiber wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running(Less scrap copper)
