Supply and fix powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions etc with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m incl necessary joining cleats glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges powder coated aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality exc. 0.50 sqm in each pane and glazing with powder coated aluminium beading complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cost of beading included under serial item No 11 & 13 here in before.

Supply and fix in repair aluminium expanded metal mesh 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminum staples or beading complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 600mm x 600mm x 7 to 10 mm thick fixed on floors with approved tile adhesive & provided with 4mm spacer, spacer gaps to be filled with approved epoxy complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Epoxy should be filled to a depth equal to the thickness of tiles.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 600mm x 300mm x 7 to 10 mm thick, fixed on walls with approved tile adhesive & provided with 4mm spacer, spacer gaps to be filled with approved epoxy complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The ends of corner tiles at all horizontal and vertical joints shall be either mitered or provided with PVC corner strips whichever found aesthetic and approved by Accepting officer or GE at ground, to match the edges properly. There should not be any voids behind any tiles.The epoxy to be filled to a depth equal to the thickness of tiles. The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of all the above. If there is any level difference in walls caused during the dismantling of tiles, contractor need to plaster the wall surface evenly to match the line in horizontal and vertical directions before fixing of tiles with adhesive without any extra cost to department.

Material and labour for precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs , landings, and in shelves and the like set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia bar cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for all items of BOQ:- 1.Contractor need to understand that special repair is sanctioned in an occupied building. The toilets will be handed over in a phase wise manner, i.e. 4 toilets out of 16 toilets at a time. Once all the given 4 toilets are completed in all respect and handed over back to user upto their full satisfaction level, then only the next set of 4 toilets will be given to contractor. Contractor need to quote the rates accordingly and need to plan the progress of work by keeping this in mind. No claims for additional time or expense to department will be entertained in this regard. 2. There are many items in this contract in which make and catalogue number is mentioned along with equivalent makes. Contractor need to understand that the specific items are considered in contract to match the items already fixed in similar places. Contractor need to quote for that specific catalogue mentioned items only. The equivalent makes will be considered only if the items are not available in market. Under these circumstances, contractor need to submit the non availability certificate of that specific items from the manufacturer and need to prove the equivalency of other makes with proper documentation of both manufacturer company. In case of any dispute in confirming equivalency of makes, decision of Accepting Officer will be final. No claim will be entertained in this regard.
