OD247506/2025-2026: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 31-60 HP squirrel cage induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board,etc including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter , replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling and maintenance of pump, motor and starter throughout the year as required( excluding motor rewinding ,works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .

OD87826/2025-2026: Lowering down and erecting 31-60 HP motor, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD87827/2025-2026: Lifting the 31-60 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD87828/2025-2026:Overhauling 31-60HP split case pump, dismantling the pump, overhauling the same, taking out the impeller shaft assembly, detaching impeller shaft assembly, reconditioning the impeller and shaft, reconditioning the worn-out shaft and impeller by welding, metaling, cutting, grinding if necessary and dynamically balancing including providing coupling bolt, replacing the bearing etc. refitting the same in pump.

OD258631/2025-2026:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate motor in to stator and rotor, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new stator/rotor lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running.
