W.B.M (Grade-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 (13.2mm & 11.20mm in 2:1) mm aggregates @0.27cum per 10 sqm either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @1.46kg per sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Seal Coat Type-B Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade cross fall using Type-A, B & Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Construction of Embankment E/w in construction of Embankment with all lead and lift manual compaction etc complete in all respect.
