Supplying and Fixing planting of trees of specified variety including excavation of pit

600x600x600mm depth, mixing of FYM & existing soil in ratio 1:3, termite treatment, and

planting of plants (height 6'-0" to 8'-0"above bags/pots). Tree plantation shell be carried

on accurately and with perfection as per Selection and instruction given by the EIC.

Plastic bags or pots shell be removed carefully as soil around the roots shell not be

dropped or disturbed much. Plant trees at the original soil depth, the soil mark on the

stem is an indication of this and it shell be maintained on the finished level, allowing for

setting of the soil after planting. Final Bill shall be placed after completion of

maintenance period. During the maintenance period, replace planted trees that have

died or are in unhealthy condition. Rate shall be complete with excavation of soil for

plantation, filling with FYM and Garden Soil, Termite Treatment,Transportation, tree

Guard with green net, Plantation, Maintenance,Watering of Tree till the end of 3 Year

Maintenance Period as per the instruction of EIC and Architect.
