Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement point wiring PVC insulated sheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable using two single core 1.5 sqmm including wall/floor PVC conduit not less than 20mm as per IS with all fittings such as bends, tee junction boxes of suitable size including 1.5 sqmm PVC(FRLS) insulated copper earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including pressed steel terminal box, provision of 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting swtiches, sockets, fan regulators etc for one light/fan/exhaust fan/ call bell point controlled by one 5/6 Amps switch and including cutting chasing (as required) and making good the disturbed surfaces including finishes to match with adjacent surfaces wiring & connected switch/socket/regulator bell etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding. (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour. (c) In gun shed and other shed circuit to fittings/socket/regulator of any length measured as single point.

The contractor has to complete the work assigned for above items within 36 hours failing which recovery at the rate Rs. 25 per day per complaint will be recovered. 4. The contractor will ensure deployed of sufficient manpower with equiped all sort of petty items such as insulation tape, galvanised screws, nuts, bolts, washers etc required to accomplish the job and also ensure as availability of every type of requisite T&P items to his tradesman

(ii) Earth electrode shall be protected upto test point using necessary arrangement with suitable size GI pipe up to 7.50m and the rate includes in the unit rate of item. (iii) Earth pit chamber and RCC cover shall be painted with red paint over a primer coat and the rate includese in the unit rate of item. (iv) The earth chamber shall be constructed 5m away from the edge of the bldg pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate for this item.

Taking down old unserviceable ceiling fan of any sweep, S&F 1200mm sweep ceiling fans complete with blades, down rodsd, electronic regulator and accessories, 230V. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service valve 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 250 mm sweep exhaust fan, non metallic plastic body, AC single phase, 230V, 50 Hz & including self closing louvers, nuts, screws, bolts of specified sizes, electrical connection with twisted three core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible cord of sizse 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor from ceiling rose to exhaust fan and writing MES number in 2 cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate is including for taking down and depositing old fan to MES store.

Taking down old unserviceable wall mounted fan of any sweep and S&F new wall mounting fan 400mm sweep with oscillation arrangement, inbuilt speed control and ON-OFF switch arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old unserviceable wall fan to be deposited in MES store yard.
