Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n.exc 0.50 cu.m getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface.

M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete.

S&F mild steel work as in Roof trusses (framed) trusses purlins and fastening (etc.,angle, channel,tubular section,round pipe) or flat section including distance pieces, MS plates/ gusset plates, cleats, hold fast etc. conforming to Gde of steel Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of redoxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with L or J hooks all as specified and directed.

S &F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in ridge etc fixed with L or J hooks all as specified and directed.

Roughening of old unservicable PCC floor surface by picking, chipping and wire brush sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust outside to make it suitable for laying floor tile complete all as specified.

M & L Hard core gauge not exc. 63mm of broken bricks diposited spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as 100mm thick finished fair all as speificed and directed

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 mix type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in paving finishing cone surface (plinth protection) even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for Filleting in any position and to any shape n. exc. 25 sq. cm in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc.

M & L for prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, over cement screed base 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:4, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors etc complete as directed.

M&L Sand Filling a layer of 50mm thick sand cushioning including filling the joints with sand as in floors/ paths including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 80 mm thick, machine made ,1st quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks , of triangular / Zigzag / Haxagone/ I , in shape or shap and design as approved, with grey cement and pigment , having M-40 Grade and conforming to IS 15658-2006 specifications , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade M-15 design mix and of shape and size rected, set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar 1:4 fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal of dispodal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed. Sizes shall be as under :- Length (L) not less than 300mm, Height (H) 300mm to 350mm, Thickness (T) 100mm and radius (R) 75mm including painting on kerb stone of synthetic enamel paint yellow or white colour complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc1.5 mtr depth for foundation etc n.exe 10sqm on plan in and getting out in hard dense soil.

M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, levelling course etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer nexc 25 cm in soil

Removing excavated material soil n.exc. 500m and depositing where as directed

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLS, 02 runs of 01 Single core of size 1.5 sqmm (for main current) drawn in & incl PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia ISI marked with all accessories such as tee, bend, joint cover etc round / square blocks at junctions etc, all as per site requirements ISI marked with one run of 01 Single core of size 1.50 Sqmm (As earth wire) PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor as a continuous earth wire complete all as specified incl. taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and colour coding of cables such as Phase - Red, Neutral – Black, and Earth – Green
