Repairing of 100KVA (33/0.44kv) HT transformer at Lift Irrigation Scheme Saifkhul of MISD Sopore.

Dismantling of 100kVA (33/0.44kv) transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. Oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 100kVA(33/0.44kV) HT transformer using appropriate means of transport like Tata Mobile upto a lead of 25Km.

Manufacturing/ Providing / Fitting of 33 KVA HT coils manufactured out of super enameled Copper wire of standard gauge and size. weight of each coil is approx. 3kg (Total coils 05 No’s)

Providing / Fitting of SRBP Tube (Synthetic Rubber Bonded Paper).

Providing and filling of fresh T. oil of standard grade.

Filtration of old existing transformer oil for removing moisture and carbon content to achieve the BDV value of oil and dehydrating of old coils along with cradle in oven/heating room to remove moisture.

Complete assembling of 100kVA (33/0.4kv) transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of t.oil upto required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing.

Deduction of Cost of scrap windings (Copper) to be retained by the contracting agency.
