STEEL REINFORCEMENT
Steel reinforcement of HYSD bars confirming to IS:1786 (latest version) (steel supplied by contractor at his own cost and duly approved by Engineer in charge)
Placing in position high strength deformed steel bars reinforcement of grade Fe500D conforming to IS:1786, (latest version) for RCC Bored Cast- in -situ piles for full length of pile, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shape & lengths as per details, binding with contractor's own 18 SW G black soft annealed binding wire, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers, welding, if required, to form a rigid cage, including welding related to Cathodic Protection work on RCC Piles (such as fixing of additional master ring, welding at each lapping of every helical bar at minimum three points to ensure continuity of the main bar, etc.). , complete as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge (steel supplied by contractor at his own cost and duly approved by Engineer in charge)
