Demolition of stones or brick masonry or block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 KM but n.exc 5 KM, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed .

All as per serial item No. 4 above here-in-before but except stone. (Note : Old stone obtained against dismantling/demolition shall be used), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris upto a distance of 5 KM outside station boundary complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and paving, not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removal of debris upto a distance of 5 KM outside station boundary complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 5 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or stone wall, concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of cement base paint over one coat of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for waterproofing of exterior walls, including complete removal of existing plaster, raking out joints and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified high performance coating (Smartcare Ultra Block 2k). The treatment shall be done from ground level upto 1.00 Mtr height and providing 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth including two coats of exterier emulsion weather coat paint over a coat of primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work af any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain / corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

S & F for welded steel wire fabric, weight n. exc. 4.00 kg/sqm, fixed to steel members complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps; coping benching, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate includes for use of form work (straight or curved).

Formwork to rough finished surfaces of concrete to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slab landings and similar works including supports etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1, (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item 21 but 6mm to 8mm dia bars

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/sub floors , surfaces finished even and fair to receive top surface , all as specified.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles Glossy Finish machine pressed of size 30cmx30cmx 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors such as road side berms etc, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- Cost of form work shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted (straight or curved).

Hand packing (any thickness) with broken stone or boulders at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and directed.

Broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 including taking and removing rubbish, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified.

M & L for slate tiles best quality locally available fixed on wall with neat cement slurry/paste including rendering 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonary/brick masonary including Dismantling of existing wall tiles size and pattern to be laid as ordered by Engineer in Charge

Wall cladding in (wall lining) of size 190mmx100mm or of required shape and size as per site requirement at all heights with 18 to 20 mm thick stone finished Antique tiles of uniform colour and size backing filled with a grout of average 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) mixed with adesive in proportion as per manufactures specification including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade at all level including cutting making recesses in stone slab drilling holes rubbing polishing curing and scafolding etc including dismantling of existing tiles, the required pattern as per drawing and as per directed by Engineer in charge

M&L one coat of cement base paint with mechanical roller on old plastered surfaces including preparation of surface complete, all as specified and as directed.
