4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards as in ceiling fixed or laid/ inserted to GI frame work fixed with screw, all as specified. as per manufacturer instructions and design incl GI frame work for seamless ceilling comprising of GI permeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20mm and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with suspender 4mm dia GI wire with adjuter clip, cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete size of grid 605x605mm all as specified and directed.

Factory made second class hard wood (Sal) glazed and Skelton door shutters 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass or gauge etc., size of members of shutter as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of part-I, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

2nd class hard wood (Sal/Hollock) plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints with one or more rebates, all as specified.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 180 of MES SSR 2020 Part-II

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
