Proposed construction of first floor over RAS Building - Light Roof Sheet shed with steel stair case at Vizhinjam RC of CMFRI, Vizhinjam (Hatchery Complex Campus, Plot No. II)

Fabrication and fixing of steel roof truss works by GI pipes, support over the RAS building (first floor area) with 3" dia GI pipes support, with GI-sheets with steel roof structure as per the sketch of floor area of building Length 12.00 metre x width 8.00 metre. Roof sheet truss wok is four sides slopes. All the steel supports, roof truss are painted with 3 coats of painting and GI sheet is powder coated 0.40 mm thick roof sheet complete the entire roof truss works in all respects as per the direction of the officer in charge Total area of 4 sides slopped GI sheet roof = 190.00 squre metre

Construction of side brick work wall/masonary works with plastering etc. complete

side covering with "V" board works. Complete in all respects as per the direction of the officer in charge

Supplying and fixing/fabrication of iron steel stair case from ground floor to first floor with proper foudnation and support in first floor roof slab

supplying and laying of vitrified floor tiles of size 60 cm x 60 cm of superior quality Kajaria or approved brand in all colours and shade with cement based high polymer modified quick set adhesive joining with grey cement complete the works in all respects as per the direction of the officer in charge floor area - 96.00 square metre

Supplying and fixing of granite slab as per the direction of the officer in charge area - 4.20 square metre

Providing and fixing of best quality PVC false ceiling with proper support from the roof with frames of approved colour and design complete the works in all respects as per the direction of the officer-in-charge area - 92.00 square metre

Providing and fixing water supply taps (salt and fresh water) with PVC pipes, valves etc. complete in all respects L/S

Providing and fixing electrical lights & power points as per requirements L/S
