REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING UNSV STREET LIGHT OF MIL CANT RAIWALA IN ZONE C AND D UNDER AGE (I) RAIWALA

Supply and fixing LED street lights, IP 66 & IK07 protected, housing made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminium with heat dissipation housing with toughened glass cover and secondary lens on each LED & should be SMD type. The System Luminaire efficacy >= 120 lm/watt with High power LEDs is to be used and potted driver must be potted & has a unique BISR number with input voltage AC 120 V to 270 V AC with High voltage Cut off @ >= 300 V AC and auto resetting safety Input Frequency 50 Hz ± 3 % , Power factor > 0.95 driver Efficiency > 85 %, THD (I) < 10 %, humidity 10 % to 90 % RH, CRI >70, Working Temp -10 C to 50 C. The Luminaire shall be BIS certified and T.C certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70 % lumen maintaned and CCT 5700 K+335K. Surge protection shall be min>= 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external. Note-: The manufacture should provide warranty of street light for 2 years. The contractor should provide NABL accredited test report LM 79, LM 80 report, BIS of LED light fixture.

Supply and laying , fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, XLPE , 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 10 Sqmm sqmm 2 core with all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable / serviceable cable /UG cable of any size upto 10 Sqmm carefully from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels, OH conductors at different locations all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for ,laying under ground electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables), stay and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250mm thick, in any tupe of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for road cutting for laying cable and through GI Pipe of suitable size making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 150mm X 100mm inrespect of width and thickness complete all as directed by Enger -in- charge.Note: GI pipe should be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixingin repair GI tubing light grade 50mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches/pole post/under culvert/under load etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable protection with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over sand cushining of cable, perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.
