Dismantling/taking down old aluminium steel reinforced conductor (ACSR) of any size from HT/LT overhead line including all jumper etc removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arms of M.S channel or angle etc. complete and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators of any type from LT poles of any size and type and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth and getting out in loose/soft soil for removing/laying of pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/materials, not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat across the length of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed

M & L for sand cushioning with dry clean Sand to underground cable 23cm thick (8 cm thick before laying and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) punned to 18cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F powder coated Mild steel junction box, of size 300x300x200mm, of CRCA sheet with front openable hinged door , locking arrangements with 4 Nos copper bus bars , 200 Amps, mounted on porcelain insulator, glands and lugs etc. and fixed to surfaces by means of FI 40x3 mm, nuts size , bolts and washers complete all as specified (.Make -HAVELLS/LEGRAND/STANDARD)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI approved) outdoor type, dust & vermin proof, IP-54 LT Panel Board made out of 3.15 mm CRCA steel sheet of 600mmx600mmx450mm size, powder coated over one coat of red oxide primer suitably grouted in PCC (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including bus bar, internal wiring with PVC insulated single core cables of copper conductor of suitable size duly numbered with tags for the circuits with hinged double door shutters (front & rear), cubical type locking arrangement and slanted roof. The size of panel boards shall be suitable for housing the accessories given here under and also suitable for operation on AC 415 Volt, 3 phase, 4 wire system, 50 Hz supply system. The panel board shall comprise of following items & all specified in SSR Part-I clause no 19.21 and all as shown on drawing . (A) INCOMING:- (i) MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole, breaking capacity 35 KA with adjustable magnetic setting - 01 No (B) OUTGOING:- (i) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole 25 KA with adjustable thermal and fixing magnetic setting - 01 Nos (ii) MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole 25 KA with adjustable thermal and fixing magnetic setting - 02 Nos (iii) Multifunctional meter - 01 No (iv) Danger board with conventional sign of skull and bone written in hindi and english. (v) aluminium bus bar 300 amp - 04 nose and 150 amp - 01 no (vi) LED phase indication Lamp with control- 01 no (NOTE;- Schemetic diagram of Panel Board with CPRI approved certificate shall be invariably submitted for necessary approval of GE before manufacturing of Panel Board.)

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items and total amount under col No 53 will be adjusted accordingly.
