Taking out of ceiling fan from site or store yard of any make, any description 1200 / 1400 mm sweep and any position/locations for repairs, servicing, overhauling, if required, dismantling and opening the ceiling fans, removing the burnt out copper winding and insulating material such as illuminous paper, glass sleeving, cleaning the slots and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper winding wire of existing wire gauge (Make Atlas (Minal), National, HTP, HWP, Shital etc) with insulating material, insulating varnishing and reassembling the ceiling fan after replacement of unserviceable parts such as split pin, lock nut, rubber packing, clamp of condenser, blade nut, rubber reel insulator, nut bolt, plastic fan canopy and including three core (work shop cable) stranded copper conductor of size 23/0.0076 mm insulated as per required length. All burnt ceiling fan to be check by the Engr in charge concern JE in MES store yard and maintain register then and Rewinding work to be carried out in MES store yard. All the ceiling fan checking, burnt ceiling fan rewinding and testing at E/M Store yard, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of exhaust fan from site or store yard of any make, any description of 350-450mm sweep and any position/locations for repairs, servicing, overhauling, necessory lathe work if required, (grinding, polishing) etc. dismantling & opening the exhaust fans removing the burnt out copper winding and insulating material, illuminous paper, glass sleeving, cleaning the slots and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper winding wire, (Make:-Atlas (Minal), National, HTP, HWP, Shital etc) with insulating material, insulating varnishing and reassembling the exhaust fans after replacement of unserviceable parts such as frame nut, rubber packing, clamp of condenser, and including PVC three core (workshop cable) stranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076 mm insulated as per required length. All the exhaust fan checking and burnt exhaust fan rewinding and testing at E/M store yard, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for necessory lathe work if required for taking out old gun metal bush and refixing the same all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out of Wall/Pedestal fan of any make, any description of 400 mm sweep for repairs, servicing, overhauling, necessory lath work if required (grinding, polishing) etc. dismantling & opening the Wall/Pedstal fans, removing the burnt out copper winding and insulating material illuminous paper, glass sleeving, cleaning the slots and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper winding wire, (Make:-Atlas (Minal), National, HTP, HWP, Shital etc) with insulating material, insulating varnishing and reassembling the Wall/Pedstal fans after replacement of unserviceable parts such as frame nut, knob, regulator switch, clamp of condenser, and including PVC three core (workshop cable) stranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076 mm insulated as per required length. All the wall / pedestal fan rewinding and testing at E/M store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out of ceiling fan from site or store yard of any make, any description, any sweep and any position for repairs, servicing, overhauling etc. dismantling & opening the fans checking serviceability of parts, overhauling, cleaning, oiling & greasing, fixing the serviceable parts and reassembling the fans after replacement of unserviceable parts such as split pin, lock nut, rubber packing, clamp of condenser, blade nut, rubber reel insulator, nut bolt, plastic fan canopy and including filling material, grinding, and polishing of fan motor shaft if required, and including twin core twisted flexible stranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076 mm insulated as per required length of 1200/1400 mm sweep and testing complete including hanging the same at its existing position all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out of exhaust fans, wall bracket fans and Air circulater fans etc. from site of any make, any description, any sweep and any position/locations (i.e. Md Accn/OTM accn) for repairs, servicing,overhauling etc. dismantling & opening the fans checking serviceability of parts, overhauling, cleaning, oiling & greasing, fixing the serviceable parts and reassembling the fans after replacement of unserviceable parts such as split pin, lock nut, rubber packing, clamp of condenser, blade nut, and including filling material, grinding, and polishing of fan motor shaft if required, and including twin core twisted flexible stranded copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076 mm insulated as per required length of and testing complete including hanging the same at its existing position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of hanging clamp of ceiling fan with nut bolt , rubber real insulator and split pin complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium cast metal Exhaust fan blade complete set with necessary M S nut, bolts & washers suitable for exhaust fans of 230 / 300 mm sweep of any descriptions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC fresh air fan blade complete with necessary MS nut, bolts and washers for fresh air fans of 230 / 300 mm sweep of any description with plastic MS frame of PVC body fresh air fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces of geyser of 25 ltr cap of any description by applying filler compound and applying two coats of synthetic enamel white paint complete incl writing MES no with black paint height not less than 20mm in the style/pattern as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rectification of leakage in the inner shell by soldering and brazing and testing against leakage with desired pressure of cap 25/50 ltr all as specified and directed
