8543/E8 REPAIR/MAINT AND REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE PARTS OF SUBMERSIBLE AND CENTRIFUGAL PUMP SET, DEVELOPMENT OF BOREWELL, ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL, SUBMERSIBLE CABLE, SECURITY LIGHT, SIGN BOARD AND ALLIED WORKS OF UB AREA UNDER GE (EAST) BAREILLY

Lifting/taking out defective submersible pump and motor of any capacity alongwith column pipe of any size and submersible cable , dismantling the pump from motor, setting aside for repair /servicing / overhauling including lowering the pump set into borewell incl replacement of packing and nut bolts ( if required) and testing after the completion of repair works in the presence of GE/ Engr in charge .

Rewinding to submersible pump 50 HP of any make with super enameled copper winding wire PVC coated 2 mm thick as per taken out qty , Providing PVC separators , PVC sleeves & jointing compound, varnishing etc required and all other materila reqd for rewinding complete all as specified and directed. Note :-.If the same motor copper winding wiring burnt second time during the CA Period, No extra cost will be paid to contractor for rewinding the motor.

Repair/Replacement of following parts of the submersible pump and motor for capacity 40/41/50 HP of original company as approved by Accepting officer. (a) Thrust bearing plate made out of carbon for submersible motor

(b) Gun metal bush for submersible motor

(c) Shaft sleeve made out of stainless steel for submersible motor

(d) Clamp stud for submersible motor
